Anushka Sharma is the latest to join the bandwagon of Bollywood actors turning producers with her upcoming film NH 10 which is also co-produced by Phantom. Anushka Sharma plays the lead in this movie, she is said to have liked the script so much that she decided to co-produce it. At the age of 25, Anushka Sharma is the youngest actor-producer on the block. On this subject the actress was quoted saying, "I am thrilled to get a chance to do this so early on in my career. And I couldn't have found a better project than 'NH-10' to kick-start this new phase in my film journey. This is my second film after 'Bombay Velvet' with Phantom.. its a blast working with them." Apart from this, Anushka has two big films up for release -- Rajkumar Hirani's Peekay with Aamir Khan and Anurag Kashyap's Bombay Velvet with Ranbir Kapoor. Shilpa Shetty too is on the crest of a new wave now. She has jumped on the production bandwagon with Dhiskiyaoon with Harman Baweja as the lead. The movie didn't farewell at the box office which was not a big surprise considering Harman starred in it. Come on if you rope in a flop actor for your debut venture and expect it to do well, then obviously something is wrong with you. Anyways it is time to scan the success and failure ratio of her and other actresses who turned producers. How many of the actually got it right and how many of them burnt their money?
